Kids Braces in Arlington, VA

At Arlington Pediatric Dentistry, we believe every child deserves a healthy, beautiful smile that lasts a lifetime. That's why we strive to provide expert pediatric dental and orthodontic care to children throughout the Arlington area, designing personalized treatment plans that focus on helping a child develop a beautiful smile in the long term. While some kids are lucky enough to never need braces, most patients will need orthodontic care at some point in their lifetime – and when they do, they've got options!

Braces in Arlington

In the past, patients had only one option for orthodontic care: thick, clunky metal strips running across the teeth. These days, however, braces are thinner, lighter, and more aesthetically appealing than ever – and we're excited to say that we offer more than just traditional metal braces. We're proud to offer both metal and ceramic braces to our patients, providing a treatment option for any lifestyle or preference.

Metal Braces

Traditional metal braces are what most people think of when they hear the word "orthodontics," and they're still our most popular treatment option. Modern braces are more comfortable and attractive than those of the past, and they present a reliable, durable, and cost-effective treatment method for almost any orthodontic condition.

Ceramic Braces

In addition to metal braces, we're proud to offer clear, ceramic braces to patients. Ceramic braces rely on the same fundamental structure as metal braces, with one key difference: instead of stainless steel, the brackets are made from a clear ceramic composite material that blends in with teeth. This makes the braces far less noticeable, providing an aesthetically enhanced treatment option. While they have undeniable aesthetic advantages, ceramic braces are slightly more fragile and expensive than traditional braces.
